Yes. All StormyzHome products are made from BPA-free, food-grade, non-toxic materials. Our slow feeders and lick mats are suitable for puppies (8 weeks+) and senior dogs alike. For very young puppies, we recommend supervised use during the first few sessions.
How long does shipping take to the USA and Canada?
Most orders arrive within 8–18 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email within 2–5 business days of your order. We ship from our fulfillment partners in North America and Asia depending on stock availability.
Will these actually work if my dog ignores enrichment toys?
Most dogs need 1–3 sessions to "learn" a new enrichment tool — especially slow feeders. We recommend starting with high-value treats (peanut butter, wet food) in lick mats and working up to kibble in puzzle bowls. 94% of our customers report engagement within the first week.

How do I clean these products?
Our silicone lick mats and slow feeder bowls are dishwasher safe (top rack). Ceramic bowls can go in the dishwasher or be hand-washed with standard pet-safe dish soap. The CozyHeat Mat cover is machine washable on gentle cycle. The BellBall fleece layers are also machine washable — cold water, gentle cycle, air dry.
